Join us for a special event with Action Potential!
We'll kick off with a 15 minute presentation on pelvic floor health by Kathy Dixon, co-owner of Action Potential. Then, we'll transition into a core-focused workout led by Jennifer Kitchen. Don't worry—we won't be crunching for 40 minutes straight! This class will incorporate cardio, strength, and core, but all moves will have an extra emphasis on engaging your core muscles. Learn proper form to work those deep core muscles to intensify your workout and help protect against injury.
After the workout, enjoy some cookies courtesy of the Action Potential team.
This event is FREE, but space is limited. A wait list will be started after we hit our max headcount of 12. Make sure to register early to guarantee your spot, and if you aren't able to join, un-enroll to open up the spot for another mama!
