The countdown begins….we will be celebrating our 7th Annual Wine Tour! Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. The 60 minute, total body workout includes power walking/jogging, and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. We will weave songs and activities into the workout to entertain and engage baby while you get the workout you deserve. Don't forget to bring plenty of water, a sturdy stroller (doesn't have to be a jogger), a mat or towel for ab exercises, as well as toys, books, and snacks for your little one. And most importantly, be sure to eat breakfast before coming to class!
