All you need to do is bring your water, exercise mat, stroller or baby carrier, and a friend and show up at 9:15 AM at Advent Lutheran Church, ready to sweat. We will provide the rest...glow sticks, bracelets, disco ball, and more. Be sure to register ahead of time and complete the online waiver if this is your first class.
